General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Typhoon "OFEL" {USAGI} was estimated based on all available data at 90 km West Northwest of Calayan, Cagayan (19.6°N, 120.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 150 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 20 km/h. Also, at 3:00 AM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "PEPITO" {MAN-YI} was estimated based on all available data at 830 km East of Eastern Visayas (10.4°N, 133.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 110 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 135 km/h. It is moving Westward at 25 km/h. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to occasional moderate rains or thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Camarines Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Kilbay Catabangan, Ragay, Tinalmud, Tambang and Lagonoy. + **Albay** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Guinale and Upper Donsol. + **Catanduanes** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Cabuyan, Bato and Pajo. + **Camarines Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Labo and Daet Basud. + **Sorsogon** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Donsol, Ogod, Putiao, Cadacan, Banuang-Daan, Fabrica (Tugbugan) and Matnog. + **Masbate** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lanang, Mapayawan, Mandaon, Asid, Malbug, Guiom, Nainday, Daraga, Nauco (Aguada) and Baleno. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
